Depends: The quick answer is yes.  Midol complete you don't want to take at night because it has diuretic and caffeine both of which are not helpful for sleep.  The midol at night is tylenol (acetaminophen) and Benadryl so the main ingredients are out of your system.  If you do this a lot, it becomes a fair amount of tylenol (acetaminophen).

No: Midol is a combination of other otc medications.  Midol complete is:
acetaminophen 500 mg (pain reliever)
caffeine 60 mg (stimulant)
pyrilamine maleate 15 mg (antihistamine).

None of these should contribute to sterility/infertility in a male.

I don't know: You took 4 Midol pills on perhaps an empty stomach and that alone can cause nausea. Beyond that supposition, I don't know what is wrong so if it continues see a MD and get examined.

Overdose: Taking 6 midol and Ibuprofen is way too much and can be harmful. You should only take what is recommended by the manufacturer which you will find on the side of the box. If you took this now and i would call your physician immediatel for advice.
