i get a pain in my middle upper abdomen it pain come & goes but its get extremely painful at times i don't have any problems when i go to the bathroom?

Pain mid abdomen: Could be gastritis/ GERD( with or wittout H pylori) or gallbaldder. Could try Maalox 1 tablespoon 2 x a day x 2 and see if helps  or ranitidine/ prevecid ( x 2 weeks) rarely could be pancreas ( if consume alcohol) ,hernia ( does your naval bulge?) or ovaries. f/u w/ doc

Gastritis: This could be symptoms of gastritis. Other symptoms could be belching, sour fluid coming up. I recommend trying an antacid that you can find over the counter. If this does not help and it persists, see an M.D.

Gallbladder?: If bloating is mainly upper abdomen and pain radiates around the right and thru to the back it could be representative of gallbladder disease. Please see your doctor to see if an abdominal ultrasound or hida scan is needed.

Specifics please: In what position do you feel worse? What is the quality of pain--sharp, stabbing, pressure, bloating, gasiness? When you experience discomfort does the pain move or stay in one place?  Duration pain lasts?  Is pain deep or superficial? Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms? Need this info to better help you.

: While not enough for even a differential diagnosis, the timing of the symptoms suggests an upper gi, stomach/duodenum, gallbladder or pancreatic origin. All clinical details matter and a focused physical exam will be needed. Keeping a log of your symptoms, quantity of quality of food and drinks ingested will help in further designing workup.

Be seen: You should see your physician.  It is probably too much acid, and could benefit from an acid reducer like zantac (ranitidine) or prilosec, but should see your physician about it.

Thoracic and lumbar : You might have upper lumbar-lower thoracic radiculopathy. It could be herniated disc, spur formation, arthritis.
