Also seek medical advise if you have preexisting medical conditions, or ingestion of more that 35 mg / kg body weight, also in all  injections greater than the recommended dose, or eye/ skin contact that is causing irritation

Not usually: Methylene blue if put into the tubes under pressure and only if the adhesions inside the tube are "flimsy" will they open under those circumstances. Otherwise, if the tubes are seriously blocked, no.

Painful disk? Maybe.: There was a study looking into this (eur spine j. 2007 january; 16(1): 33–38).  If back pain is due to a painful disk, there is a possibility that an injection of Methylene Blue into the disk may provide some pain relief.  The study was small, however.  Discussion with physician who does this procedure may be helpful.  Methylene blue taken by mouth is more likely to hurt than help, in my opinion.

"Blue balls": The condition you describe is most often due to prolonged erection.  The erect penis, although engorged with blood, actually has ver low blood flow in and out . This "ischemia" due to poor oxygen delivery to the penis tissue eventually causes severe penile pain which often is referred to the scrotum and testes.  Ejaculation typically causes the erection to subside.  Thus, blood flow improves.

Doctor should check: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Some people temporarily try OTC Tylenol, Motrin or Advil, Aleve, or their generic brands. A persistent or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or with odd symptoms (as in this case with blue ear discharge) need evaluation.

: How do you know it was sinus tachycardia and not paroxsysmal atrial fibrillation or other tachyarrhythmia without an EKG.or being on a heart monitor at the time of your symptoms? The associated presyncope makes me think it wasn't simple sinus tachycardia which usually is caused by factors like anxiety,fever,etc. Should you experience another such episode look into it with a cardiologist&amp;monitor

Change in stool : Color with symptoms is usually benign. However with history of Crohns, you may have stool cytology done to consider exacerbation
