If there is concern about MRSA exposure, then thorough washing will be a reasonable precaution.  The odds of catching it depend on too many vaiables to give a specific number.

MRSA everywhere: MRSA is not a new plague. Within the first few years after penicillin was produced, we had PRSA &amp; it now only rare staph can be killed with penicillin. MRSA is responsible for 60-70% of the boils i see in the office &amp; i consider it likely part of everyone's daily exposure. Good routine hygiene protects most from it's effects. A pregnant woman &amp; her baby are at no specificincreased risk.

MRSA is a bacteria: MRSA is bacteria that colonizes skin.  If not treated appropriately it will come back. An infectious disease doctor specializes in this type of problem. They can direct treatment to eradicate this infection.

you need help to figure out what is going on my cheek i'm not sure if it's the pimple. boil. or mercer or it could be in growing hair really need help it's scaring me and would like to know how to treat it kind of stuck home?

: There is really no way to say how you should treat it without seeing it. You need to have it checked by a doctor-you can see your primary care doctor or a dermatologist. Once it it examined and diagnosed, a treatment can be recommended. Good luck to you!

No: I believe you meant MRSA, by Mercer,  staph bacteria colonizes many noses and surfaces of skin, usually it is a weak pathogen, i.e. Agent causing disease,  the concern is when it enters blood stream through a surgical wound or deep venous catheter, don't worry
