i suffer menstrual migraine. being put on decapeptyl injections soon for other issues but could this make my migraine worse?

Might or might not: Headache is listed as very common (&gt;10%) side effect of Decapeptyl, but these are not necessarily migraines. 
Decapeptyl is going to change your hormonal cycles (that's why you're being put on it, I assume) which might themselves be responsible for your menstrual migraines.  So you might have no change at all, might improve, or might get an additional form of headache.  Good luck!

: Migraine management can be challenging.  Have you considered seeing a neurologist?  A multivitamin is of little benefit, but the riboflavin component used properly may have some prophylactic benefit.  Unclear to me why MS is a concern, as this is not a typical presentation.  Expert help can find solutions to your challenges.

Treated: Migraine is a disease of childhood. Most children are undiagnosed till their teens.  You have to work with your child neurologist &decrease all triggers of child's migraine, like stress, eating more often and less, never get hungry.  Taking a nap in the afternoon. Do not expect straight a's.  Migraine can  be self limited in children, but it may come back later.  Prevention is the key.

Possible: It is definitely possible. Ocular migraines have been reported in children as young as 2 years old. A thorough eye examination should be performed to exclude other possibilities.

i have a menstrual migraine that will not stop hurting, have taken advil (ibuprofen). have some oxycodone left from my gallbladder . can i take one? i'm hurting.

Its unlikely: That anyone will tell u to take the oxycodone.  No one is likely to say that.  You need to consider some exceeding migraine and see your doc for some Imitrex (sumatriptan) or another solution.  Make sure your sinuses are controlled, that u sleep well and that u r not grinding your teeth at night, anything that mat start a headache needs 2 go, including ur insomnia. Gd luc.

Common: When you get a migraine the nerves to your stomach essentially cause your stomach to go to sleep. It stops working normally. That is what causes the nausea and vomiting. When the migraine is over the nerves turn back on, the blood supply to the body parts are normal and the nausea and vomiting goes away. I know this is a simplifies answer but otherwise it is too complicated.

Menstrual migraines: You do not want to exceed the recommended dose of drugs containing Acetaminophen like Excedrin. You can add Ibuprofen as an alternative. There are better medications than these for those who suffer Migraines. A primary care doctor can help. If you truly have menstrual migraines then menstrual cycle suppression often helps prevent these headaches. See an Obgyn for options.

Yes but why?: Exedrine migraine contains aspirin, acetominophen and caffeine. The asirin is an anti-inflammatory agent, good for menstral cramps while acetominophen, being also and analgesic, can help with the pain. The caffeine helps not. Pure anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen, usually helps best and is safer long term with Aspirin frequently being more caustic to the stomach.

Naprosyn (naproxen) or treximet: Naprosyn, as in Alleve, is very commonly used for cramps and for migraine. Treximet is a combination of Imitrex (sumatriptan) and naprosyn in the same pill and is great for menstrual migraine and cramps!

is maxalt (rizatriptan) ok to take while breastfeeding? i haven't had a migraine since before pregnancy. now 3m pp, want to be ready if menstrual migraines return.

Do what's working: Continue to excercise;eat a nutritionally sound menu, take a vitamin and keep up the good work.
