i have had rashes on my neck and hands for about a month. is this related to anxiety? or diet? or menopause?

i have been having difficulty concentrating on anything, i easily get distracted and finding it hard to do my day to day duties. today my face feeling super hot, hot flushes out of nowhere. i am 27 so cant be menopause?

See a doctor: There are so many potential causes of these symptoms it is hard to pinpoint in this format.  I would see a doctor for further evaluation, especially to evaluate hormones ie thyroid.  Get enough sleep, stay well hydrated, eat healthy, decrease stress.  Avoid caffeine. Take nice deep breaths.

Tingling &amp; hormones: Tingling is usually not associated with menopause but not completely excluded.  I would first exclude Diabetes Meliitus, Zoster, hypocalcemia, anemia.

Needs to be seen.: It's hard to diagnose a rash here, without seeing it. How long has it been there? (not sure when menopause was for you). Any other symptoms? Puzzled: At age 33 you should not be in menopause. Do you mean suffering from premenstrual syndrome, which are symptoms preceding the onset of your menstrual period? In either case, it sounds rather to be something neurologic. Consult with your family doctor first, who will then direct you to sub specialists.

No: Rash is not a symptom of menopause. Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings are all associated with menopause. You are considered to be menopausal when you have not had a period in 12 months.

Possible: Given you are 49 and with these symptoms - yes it could be perimenopause even with still having periods.  Also, get checked for a thyroid condition too with a simple TSH blood test
