Individual endocrinologists tend to have areas of interest, and not all will treat all conditions (especially * issues).

Klinefelter: This is a condition of an extra x chromosome in males. It can cause low testosterone and gynecomastia - breast development. An endocrinologist can best handle the disorder. A geneticist can also make the diagnosis but cannot treat the low testosterone.
