It depends: One can walk out of the recovery room with a cane but then it is about 5 days until biking on a stationary bike and running in 4-6 weeks. Please discuss with your orthopedist.  Each has their own rehab routine.  It will also depend on how fit your were prior to the injury and any other knee pathology.
