i was diagnosed  ovarian teratoma&  operated. they removed my  left ovary & went through 4 cycles of chemotherapy. is it normal to have iregular  mens?

Yes: It  is  not uncommon  to have irregular menses   after  major surgery  and  chemotherapy.  It may take a  few more cycles   to become  normal.  If not  you  md  may be able to give you something to regulate it.

Get evaluated.: You need to see your GYN and get evaluated. Up it sounds like you may be going through some changes associated with menopause.

Ask the doc who: Did your surgery , he or she knows your situation and what he or she did, periods can get delayed after surgery of that nature, but your doc needs to see you exam u and do the necessary testing.

No, not possible: No, this is not possible. There is no pathway for sperm cells produced in the transplanted testicle to reach the female fallopian tube and egg (ovum) for fertilization.

Menopausal symptoms: In a man removal of testicles results in severe low testosterone and causes menopausal symptoms like heat flashes, depression , lack of libido and on long term osteoporosis. Needless to say impotence will occur   Usually main reason to remove testicles in a man today is treatment of prostate cancer and that is done very few times

Confusing question: Whether or not your ovaries work has no bearing on whether you can have sex with this man. As long as the equipment is intact (vagina) and your body makes the right hormones to keep it healthy you should be fine. You just won't make babies with him.

PCO ; Men: By your questions, do believe that you had been seen by doctor but advise you to follow instructions in details, i.e. Regular period thenyou should have relationshio every other day during ovulation time around midcycle for three months then reevaluate. You current way will be unlikely get pregnant as you are not in the optimal condition to get pregnant. Follow your advise step by step faithfully. G.
