Depends on the cause: If it's caused by allergies, nasal corticosteroid spray (e.g. Flonase) may help. If a sinus infection is the cause, antibiotics may help. Drip caused by environmental irritants (perfumes, smoke, etc.) can sometimes get better with an anticholinergic nasal spray (e.g. Atrovent nasal). An otc treatment that may help any cause is daily nasal lavage (e.g. Sinus rinse or neti pot). See your md.

Nasal steroid spray: The most effective treatment for nasal allergies is a topical nasal steroid.  There are many available including qnasl, nasonex, (mometasone) flonase, etc.  They are available by prescription and take a few days to really become effective.

Start naturally: Begin with performing nasal saline irritations (not just spray) t least once daily. These  an be found at any drugstore.  If this doesn't help much, see an ENT or your primary care provider for nasal antihistamine spray. If that doesn't do the trick, you may need to talk with a sub-specialist and consider allergies.

Depends!: Medications are neither inherently good nor bad. It's the (intent of) use that can make something "bad". Improper use, improper dose, improper frequency, improper route of administration can all make any "good" drug bad. Hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) used to lower blood pressure is a "bad" drug to lower cholesterol or cure strep throat b/c it does neither. Yet, it's a great drug for hypertension. Talk to your familydoc.

PCP or Chiropractor: Seems more like partial shoulder dislocation/Strain. One should see PCP or Chiropractor for evaluation and possible imaging before treatment. As for pain shooting down the leg, arthritis in the spine with sciatic nerve irritation/impingement may be issues further encouraging one to see PCP/ Chiropractor.
