Genital warts: I would want to know more about the nature of these warts -whether it was really molluscum contagiosum or some other 'cause' such as HPV. Given that this is in a sensitive area AND has recurred-I think it moves beyond the 'home remedy' arena and needs to be treated by a doctor. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

If not, treatment options include cryotherapy, curettage, laser, creams like salicylic acid, podophyllin, tretinoin, cantharidin, and imiquimod, or oral cimetidine.
