Angiokeratomas: These are small black bumps that are most commonly seen on the scrotum. There are no creams for this condition. Nearly always, one has many lesions, not just one or two.

Holy Moley: I would get this mole checked. Sometimes mold bleed leading me to refer to Dermatologists. Once in a while melanoma/skin cancer behaves  like this and needs to be removed. Good luck

Give it time: The inflammation may last a few weeks but if it does not improve (or worsens) , return to your Doctor for re-evaluation.

Health Anxiety: can be very unsettling but it is also very treatable.  Please see a mental health professional after medical conditions are ruled out by your doc. Hardness: The main thing to be concerned about is change in shape, Hardness and any bleeding . A biopsy mat bee needed to rule out malignancy.

: That is your call to get removed. You may watch and wait. If the mole doubles in size, becomes more irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor. Wish you good health!

GP or Dermatologist: Most primary care doctors will have training in how to check moles and if they require removal are often able to do so.  Alternatively a dermatologist or plastic surgeon could also be useful, particularly the dermatologist since this is their area.
