Doubtful: I have been practicing hormone replacement therapy in aging and hypogonadal males for over ten years, and included deca durabolin in many of their replacement regimens. I have never had anyone complain of hallucinations. If the product you are using was obtained on the black market, and not manufactured by a domestic licensed compounding pharmacy, there could be inpurities in it causing your sx.

Maybe: I've supervised bodybuilders on steroids; many if not most regret it afterwards, but it's your decision.  Any anabolic steroid's effect on acne is unpredictable.  Fortunately, it's usually easy enough to control acne with topical antibiotics (i prefer clindamycin), systemic antibiotics (i took tetracycline for decades) or for hard cases, a dermatologist-prescribed Accutane rx.  Good lcuk.

Hope so!: Too much blood (polycythemia), drop in HDL (good) cholesterol, and increase in blood pressure are all side effects of excess testosterone replacement therapy, which can increase risk for stroke, heart attack &amp; death. Used under supervision, your doc can adjust your regimen to mitigate risks. That's why TRT is not a DIY project.
