Probably not: Danazol may modestly improve the platelet count in people with myelodysplasia, but not likely to help much with acute leukemia.

Yes.: Voice deepening is one of the known side effects of danocrine (danazol). If this side effect is severe or persistent, talk to your doctor. Tell your doctor immediately if: you have yellowing of the white part of your eyes, sever head aches, vomiting, vision problems, upset stomach that won't go away, or other signs that are upsetting and abnormal.

Patience: I can totally understand your situation. You would like to conceive as early as possible.  But you have started on Danazol and let it treat the endometriosis first. Likeliness depends: on things like how close to ovulation the sexual intercourse was . Pregnancy is definitely possible with this scenario. If you don't wish to become pregnant - would consistently use protection. If you are trying to get pregnant - that would be very unwise if taking Danazol. Danazol can cause harm to a fetus. Don't have unprotected sex on Danazol. If may impact effectiveness of oral contraceptives.

No: Danazol can cause a number of problems in pregnancy including problems with the genitalia. We don't recommend it during these problems.  Fortunately, Danazol is used for endometriosis which is usually improved in pregnancy.

Why do you take them: Tell me why you take Lupron (leuprolide) and Danazol to begin with? I have never heard any correlation between lupron/ Danazol and increased risk of leukemia. What kind of weird symptoms are your referring here? There must be something else that leads your doctor to refer you to see an oncologist- perhaps some abnormal blood work?Abnormal imaging study? Ask your doctor why you have to see an oncologist.

See below: Do a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant.   Danazol is the inexpensive way of treating endometriosis and Depo lupron is much better.  The progesterone is add back therapy to help with the side effects of danazol
