Avyl unsure: The best treatment for hives (urticaria) is antihistamines.  Unsure of "avyl" but most antihistamines work within an hour or two.  There are other medications for hives, but most allergist would suggest that steroids like Prednisone be avoided unless hives are very severe.

Triamcinolone will treat many non-lupus rashes.  For now don`t get worried.  But get the pamphlet on Lupus from the Arthritis Foundation and keep it on hand if anything else develops.  Repeating the test won`t add much information.

Recent rash?: This may be from a viral infection or a drug reaction.  If the problem goes away after 10 days, don't worry about it.  If the rash persists, then see a dermatologist. If pus is present , consider impetigo  It is unlikely to be an allergic reaction in the absence of itching.
