Usually not: Most of the time, cold from ice cream is not a cavity. It's a function of the cold penetrating to the nerve of the tooth telling you to get the cold away from the teeth. Best way to be sure is to see a dentist to have teeth evaluated.

Typically no: When sunburns peel, the underlying skin has not had much uv exposure so it is usually much more pale than surface sun exposed skin. It is important to use metallic based sunscreens including zinc and titanium to block uva and uvb rays so that safe re pigmentation will occur. Pale skin is at higher risk for recurrent burns which is the primary cause for skin cancers. Avoid those burns.

Unlikely: Based on your description of 'cracked' lips, it's unlikely to be herpes.  Furthermore, herpes is also unlikely to affect both corners of your mouth at the same time.  You either have chronic dry lips, in which case the simple use of a lip balm daily would help.  However, sometimes a fungal infection can also cause this.  See you dentist.  He or she can give a special medicine which help.

Unlikely: Depending on how deep the crack goes, you may need a replacement filling, you may need a crown, you may need a root canal and crown, or you may need to have the tooth taken out. Even a very deep crack is unlikely to cause an upset stomach although any infection associated with the cracked tooth may cause other problems. Best to see your dentist.

No, but it helps: Chicken soup or jewish penicillin unfortunately will not cure a cold.  If the soup is really hot it will help decongest your nose and briefly make you feel better.
