Yes, it's Ok...: Yes, it's Ok to use baby oil during masturbation. It will not cause problems with urethra. 

Do not use baby oil for vaginal or anal penetration sex. 

Make sure to wash and wipe dry afterwards so the oil doesn't cause acne in your genitals.
