No. Not to worry.: Women and girls may be judged by their happiness, their friendliness, and many other wonderful traits, but not by the condition of their hymens. It makes absolutely no difference whether a person has a big hymen, little hymen, broken hymen, unbroken hymen, etc... One need not worry about hymens when using pads, nor when exercising, with or without a pad.

Not TTS: This is a seroius illness from a tampon left in the vagina too long and the presence of certain bacteria in the vagina. Usually accompanied by rash and symptoms of infection. .. ie temperature,  malaise, felling ill. Consider a yeast infection as souce of white clumps and try monistat-3. Is over the counter and will eliminate a yeast infection.

Birth control pills: There are a variety of birth-control methods which will regulate your menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit. This is a very easy problem to solve. Birth control pills, nuvaring. Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud and the  Ortho Evra patch are  all very effective.

See urologist: Yes, there is a problem of some kind, but cannot identify from this information. See a urologist for a bladder exam to determine the cause for this problem and develop a treatment plan to resolve it. Good luck. PS. A nighttime ‘diaper’ would make sense until this is resolved. And ounce of prevention......

Sure: Blood from your menstrual cycle will attract bacteria which will irritate your skin if not changed frequently. When in doubt get it checked out.

Menstrual pad ?'s: Touching a "used menstrual pad" briefly will not create a risk of infection in general.  It is unlikely for this to cause a problem, especially if you washed your hands before contact with mucus membranes (mouth, eyes, vagina).
