my ball sack hurts, and it looks super wrinkly then normal and it looks shinny and there's a bunch of tiny red dots on it. and i'm starting to see dark veins on it. at first, i thought it was blue balls, but the pain has gone on for 2 days now?

: What you describe seems involving the scrotal skin only and there is sign of inflammation or infection of this area. You can apply cold compress to the area 10-15 minutes , several times a day for pain relief and alleviating the swelling. You can also take tylenol or advil for pain. The condition is usually limited &amp; resolving by itself. However, if fever and chill develop, you may need antibiotic

i have a small hard moveable ball in my ball sack, it is not attached to a testicle it is attached to the end of a string/vein what could this be?

Likely benign: Most likely non-cancerous nodule.  Could be a prominent epididymis or epididymal cyst.  Get checked by your doctor.  May need an ultrasound if it's at all concerning for a different process.

Normal, but...: What you saw could be just normally unique for you and just represents normal variation of scrotal venous distribution, which of course requires no active treatment unless its related bleeding occurs, but extremely rare. Not usual.: It's worth a look by a doctor or even a urologist. Varicoceles are usually felt through the skin of the scrotum as a soft mass on  the testicle, not so much seen in the scrotal skin itself. The pain is a concern. Best have it looked at before your next strenuous exercise.

i have two dark brownish/red spots on my ball sack. they're not raised nor do they hurt in any way. any ideas? dangerous?

Angiokeratomas: and cherry hemangioma are very common on the scrotum.  Angiokeratomas tend to be more like small bumps, so if your spots are flat, then they are more likely to be cherry hemangiomas.  Both are not dangerous.

Get Evaluated by Doc: This must be evaluated by a vascular surgeon. The first step is differentiating between a superficial artery and a vein. If it is a vein, it may have become inflamed, a condition known as superficial thrombophlebitis. A full venous ultrasound would be warranted to rule out deeper clots and if that is negative, warm soaks, nsaid's, possibly antibiotics and ace wraps may be appropriate.

The medical term is called tinea cruris, and can be treated by over the same over the counter anti fungal preparations that women use for vaginal yeast infections.  Yeast infections usually are itchy.

Scrotal mass: There are several possiblities.  It shoul ddefinitely be checked by a physician.  Most "lumps" that are completely separate from the tesits are benign cystic lesions.  Get a physician to examine you to be sure.

Cyst / Abscess??: Small cysts or abscesses can form on the scrotum, You may have aggravated it by trying to 'pop' it. See your doctor. You may need antibiorics or even incision and drainage of the lesion.
