If : If you were a heavy marijuana user it could take two months before the metabolites of marijuana are at a low enough level that it is not picked up on a urine drug screen. There are cases where it has taken longer. Good luck as you are working toward better health- however a 40 pound weight loss in 30 days may be a little bit extreme.

Marijuana: if you have not smoked in a couple weeks you will not go though any further withdrawal.  You will not need to detox but you will test positive for up to 4 more weeks. : Don't bet on it. The active drug attaches to fat cells in your body and gradually leaks out over. Depending on your intensity of use it could be gone in a week or take a month or more to clear. The popular detox drinks are a sham.

Not really: THC attaches to fat cells in your body &amp; leaks out over time. There are  no flush agents that work. Light users may become negative in a week of abstinence while heavy users may remain positive for a month. If you get on a CPS watch list they will be able to find it in baby at birth. Stay clean &amp; be honest with your docs and things may go well.

Maybe: Marijuana stays in your hair follicles for far longer then the kidneys rate of excretion. In other words, your urine test may or may not be positive for marijuana depending on how long your body needs to excrete THC(marijuana) products. Your menstrual period has nothing to do with the rate of kidney excretion.
