Probably not: Suppressing the expression of the ejaculate to prevent spern leakage may lead to other issues such as prostate dysfunction. By obstructing the ejaculatory ducts during ejaculation, it may provoke prostate issues such as pain, discomfort, and ejaculatory dysfunction. If this maneuver is for birth control, it is very unlikely to help since a small amount of ejaculate is still likely to be expressed.

: This was a zero risk exposure. If you had a true exposure, PrEP "on demand" (2-1-1) is very good but probably not quite as effective as continuing PrEP.

Any activities in the wrong hole do not lead to pregnancy (unless other activities happen "in the heat of the moment"). If worried that something went into the right (the correct) hole, one can do a urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after the activity.

: Unlikely. The scenario you cite does not suggest a pregnancy would be likely. To establish pregnancy sperm must be placed in the receptive moist environment of the vagina where they can remain fertile. They do not have the tolerance to dry areas outside that setting which would inactivate them.
