Food Rash: The best way to treat a rash caused by ingestion of food is to eliminate the food from the diet. If the rash is very itchy, a topical anti-itch cream can be applied and last resort is to try and oral non-sedating antihistamine.

Hydrocortisone cream: A rash from the mango peel reacts just like poison ivy (they are in the same family). A topical cortisone cream may help but you may need a stronger rx strength preparation. Be sure to clean off anything which had been in contact with the mango peel.

Is there a diagnosis: Has he been formally tested and diagnosed with a cyst or is this what you and he feel that it is? He may need an ultrasound to know for sure what is causing the swelling but it could be a few things, such as fluid collections between the different tissues of the testicle and scrotum. Many of these things go away on their own, but if big enough may need medical attention. See a doctor for testing.

Different things: There are different possibilities.  It could be something you ate or a medication you are taking.  That would include vitamins and supplements.  A urine or vaginal infection usually has a different smell than what you are describing.  Food odors should resolve in a day or so after you change your intake.

Depends: Whatever works for you is the best otherwise there would not be hundreds of moisturizer to choose from. The most important step is to apply the moisturizer within 3 minutes after bathing.  There is some suggestion that shea butter may work better on Asian skin but that's just one opinion.
