For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Yes: Removing the uterus does not affect the vagina, unless it is shortened. That is rare. Sometimes, we  perform vaginal support operations to improve the vagina for sexual relations.

Need an exam: Bleeding after intercourse can be caused by many, many things, for instance a polyp,  infection, hormone imbalance, or abnormal cells.
A simple pelvic exam will usually give you an answer. This may be simple to treat, but most physicians would reccomend an exam.
