Probably normal: Popping of joints in a young person is probably normal. Not sure what it means for the wrist to "spazz out". If the arm goes to sleep when it's being actively used (not just sitting still) then a medical exam would be needed to investigate further.

Black out: Postural hypotension is when blood pressure drops upon standing, hence less blood flow to brain, hence fainting. Several things can cause that, from medications to blood diseases to neurological or vascular factors. Recommend appointment with your primary care doc. To explore those.

Carpal tunnel?: It could be from carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, or a blood flow issue. If you see your doc he or she should be able to figure it out for you.

Not uncommon: Most often this is associated with pinched nerves at wrist (carpal tunnel syndrome), but could be compressing nerves at elbow or even shoulders (thoracic outlet), and it would be beneficial to get this diagnosed.  See your doctor but also, try wearing wrist splints at night and see if it helps.

Typically pressure may be applied to the ulnar nerves, causing tingling in the fingers, but the radial nerve can be involved as well, if someone is lying on your arm for a long time. Avoid these positions if possible.
