Accepted Answer

Perhaps: Mycofenalate can cause neurologic side effects, but since it is used primarily for lupus nephritis, there are several other medications , electrolyte  problems and lupus itself that can be responsible.  Your physician can provide an answer.

what could nonvisable(but felt)twitching in my legs be from?happens after i work out or a long walk, i have dysautonomia & lupus could it be from that

Not certain it is : This internal sensation could be related to neurologic, vascular or muscle systems.  This can be evaluated with vascular testing , muscular testing and neurologic testing. We need to know blood levels of a variety of substances that can be related to this such as calcium , magnesium, electrolytes etc.  while you have lupus not everything that happens is related to lupus. You are a normal person.

Lupus : Can cause significant inflammation inside your eyes but there is not direct association with eyelid twitching.  If you are diagnosed with lupus, make sure you have a complete evaluation by an ophthalmologist.

What about labs?: Still insufficient information, your doctor would suspect lupus, s/he is correct, but still a suspicion till proven right, other pieces of clinical puzzle/picture need to be put together for the final picture (diagnosis) to show, wish you all the best

More testing: Your symptoms are consistent with chronic infection or autoimmune disorder. See an infectious disease specialist for a complete workup.

Not worth it: There is no scientific proof that these supplements are beneficial for your SLE but there are unknown risks which may be harmful. I'd advise against taking this step.

See below: If you have told that you have lupus while you are pregnant you need to see a rheumatologist asap.  However; false positive tests for lupus can occur in the setting of pregnancy---you need to have OB get you scheduled with a rheumatologist soon.

Yes: Lupus freqently causes joint and muscle pain.  Sometimes patients develope a secondary fibromyalgia syndrome.  Treatment  is directed at reducing inflammation and conditioning the joints and muscles.

Usually doesn't help: While many patients with various forms of arthritis will often report improvement with a change in climate (warm dry vacation, for example), these effects are usually temporary and moving permanently to your favorite vacation spot will probably "wear off" in time.

Varies!: Many organs can be affected, either nnoe, one, or several.  Usually patients have mild disease and early recognition and treatment with anti-malarials may prevent more serious disease from coming. The associated chart shows the organs and disease profile, but ity is incomplete in not showing that kidneys can be affected, as well as the brain!
