How about...: HLA B-27 (I know you're not the typical gender), Rheumatoid Factor, ESR, CRP, Anti-DNA double stranded AB's?  Any of those tests been run yet?  Why are your fingers permanently flexed, Lupus Anticoagulant?

Consult Neurologist: Anxiety can have many symptoms, however muscle weakness and stiffness does not seem to be symptoms commonly related to anxiety disorders. Tingling, numbness and loss of balance could beproblems related to many neurological conditions, or side effects of medications/substances.  A neurologist should be able to rule out any other issues that could be causing these symptoms.
