Varies: Bone pain can come from a number of causes.  It sounds like you have had some things ruled out.  Medications can sometimes cause bone pain, particularly if you are on medications for osteoporosis.  I think you will just need to keep looking with your doctor to look at other potential causes.

Not common: There was a report of supraclavicular nodes   in a 28 years old patient in 2010, but to my knowledge there are no more reported cases.

can someone have leukemia and lupus? most of the symptoms of leukemia are the same as lupus. bone marrow biopsy confirmed leukemia. just wondering.

One can have both.: Lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus) is an autoimmune disorder that can affect any tissue or organ on the body and can cause low blood counts such as what can happen in acute leukemia which is considered a malignancy. Both conditions can occur in one and the same person although uncommon!

See below: Not typically.  You could have been vitamin d deficiency or fibromyalgia contributing to this.  Let your rheumatologist know about your symptoms.

Bone grafting: Dental bone grafting is a very safe procedure and there are usually no side effects. Your dentist or oral surgeon should be aware of your complete medical history and should discuss the risks and benefits with you before the procedure so that you may make an informed decision regarding undergoing the grafting.
