Hard to say: It's hard to say what you have without looking at it. But little bumps could be something like warts, molluscum contagiosum, sebaceous cysts, pimples, or just normal physiologic skin bumps. A gynecologist should be able to tell you.

Possible herpes: Yo may have something called folliculitis, but this also may be herpes.  In either case you should see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
