You need to: go to your physician and have it evaluated, you probably have an infection and require treatment.  Occasionally there are other causes of bleeding, like urachal remnant or cyst, which could potentially need surgery.

See your doctor.: That is a diverse, seemingly unrelated grouping of symptoms. In order to sort it out, you need a good evaluation by your doctor, including a history and physical exam and possibly some tests. I would see him/her soon. Good luck.

See below: This is probably from the sutures from the fascia. See your OB gyn to be sure and these usually go away.
