Costochondritis?: you could have a problem with the joint between ribs and 'floating ribs'. Sometimes physical manipulation can help with this. Extra fat can worsen.

Yes, at the back, --: If its swollen for any reason. Generally ribs do not swell, unless growing a cyst or a tumor in it.
These are extremely uncommon, to say the least. A healing fracture off a bone could be felt as a swelling.
These are located at the back , on either side of the spine and covered by plenty of muscles. Difficult to be seen or felt easily, except in a very skinny person.

Check with ob-gyn: Your obstetrician is the person to evaluate this lump. After birth, you could have soft tissue issues from your abdomen, your uterus or other structures in that area.

Yes: It sounds like you are being worked up for carcinoid and with this lump present I would contact your primary care physician and let them examine this new lump.   The early diagnosis of Carcinoid can be difficult and your primary care physician can be your advocate for getting into the specialist early.

See doc in person: Your lump may not be related to right shoulder pain. If you are taking pain medication for this condition now, you need to see a physician in person for actual physical exam and do some imaging study.

Could be liver or GB: The area under your right rib margin is home to your liver as well as your Gall Bladder.  It is possible you have a problem there.  I might suggest getting a liver/biliary ultrasound if they did not do that in the ER. Probably would NOT wait for a month however.

Yes: possible gall bladder issue if the pain is under or near the right upper abdomen and can get referred pain into the right shoulder with it

Depends where locate: This could be a rib cartilage nodule. There are probems it could be since the gall bladder is there. It could be a  skin tumor. This  needs  an evaluated. It may be completely benign
