Breast mass: Make sure you've had a mammogram and ultrasound. If a cyst is found aspiration of the cystic fluid can eliminate the pain.

STD? : The pea sized nodule you are feeling may be a lymph node and it may be enlarged due to an infection. The pelvic pain and back pain may be due to cervix infection. Usually these things occur together in something like Chlamydia infection and/or gonorrhea. Typically acquired sexually due to unprotected intercourse with a new partner or a partner who has acquired the infection from somewhere.

Lump/panty/period: See you GYN. Sounds like cyst in area of groin that responds to swelling from menstrual cycle. Removal best option.

In general...: In a 28 day cycle with a typical period lasting 5 days and ovulation occurring on the 14th day, one should expect to ovulate 9 days after your period is complete...But in medicine, anything is possible!  all the best!
