Inside or Outside?: A mucocele is a benign painless fluid filled lump that may appear as a soft, compressible bump in the mucosal tissue (inside the mouth) of the lower lip.  A history of some type of trauma is the usual cause where the duct to the minor salivary glands in the lip become occluded and results in swelling.  If the lesion is crusted, hard and bleeds, you should have it evaluated.

Simple vs serious: Our bodies always have things that grow and change. Skin, fat, muscle, lymph nodes,  bones, can change shape, get larger, more prominent due to many factors. The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc.  Most cause no symptoms and can be watched.  If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor.

Lump on palate: It is impossible to diagnose this without a clinical examination and additional information. This could be a tooth or gum infection, or something worse.
Any swelling in your mouth should be examined by your dentist or an oral surgeon, especially one that re-occurs.

You need exam: The leg problem sounds like a peripheral neuropathy and can be tested in your doc’s office. The throat can be several,things also identified in the exam. Be sure your thyroid function is tested during the visit. Good luck

Lip lump: It may be an inflamed cyst or early herpes(cold sore). Apply warm wet compresses, pat dry and apply an antibacterial cream or ointment. If a cold sore develops, ask your pharmacist to recommend a cream to apply. See your physician if not improving.
