Lump on neck: needs to be examined by your doctor.  It MAY be a sebaceous cyst which are common on neck and shoulders.  Be sure of what you are dealing w/by seeing you doc.  Peace and good health.

Limited information: With this ltd.Inform. It is difficult to tell. Need to know how long you came to notice, was there any trauma, any similar swellings  anywhereelse. If it is in the underarm a potential lymphnode /infected hair follicle , commonly called boil (furuncle) is there. Is there any pus coming from it.Any fever. If it is an elarged lymphnodeneed to r/o inflammation vs cancer add more ino., can answer better.

Neck: most likely this is some type of bass trained to your neck and or left trapezius muscle. Warm compress NSAID therapy would be a good place to start. Stretching exercises for the neck can be helpful.

i have a 1.4cm swollen jugulodigastric gland on the left hand side of neck. been like this for months. i'm not poorly, why is it swollen?

Infection: Lymph glands are traps to prevent spread of infection.  Start with your Dentist to make sure you don't have infected tooth/teeth, gums, or other oral tissues.  If Dentist clears you next stop would be your Physician.

Unlikely: Hemorrhoids protrude from the anus, not by the vagina.
Perhaps a gland- cyst.

is a temperature of 35.3 low? it is accompanied with excruciating neck, back, shoulder and arm pain, left hand side. neck is very sore and siff.

Yes it's low: Depending on the type of thermometer and how your temperature is checked, 35.3 deg. C (95.5 deg. F) is low or very low.  If you are acutely ill it can mean you have a serious infection. Go to an ER now.
