Bartholin's cyst: Bartholin's cyst is a likely diagnosis.  These come from glands at the 5:00 and 7:00 areas of the vaginal opening.  For different reasons they can become blocked and fluid will accumulate.  If the cystic area goes back down quickly it's ok, but otherwise see you gyn for evaluation.

Lump: I would be suspicious for a Bartholin cyst. That is a  normal gland that gets plugged .  See your doctor the gland can be drained and that ususually resolves the problem.

Bump: Lump on the inside of the vagina is often caused by a bartholin gland swelling. This is a duct which provides lubrication for your opening of your vagina.  Common for it to get blocked and need drained.

Lipoma: Lipomas are benign tumors originating from fat tissue that can occur anywhere in the body where there is fat tissue. They are harmless. Having said that, with any kind of growth it is prudent to obtain a health care professionals opinion. A biopsy would provide a definitive answer.

Depends: This could possibly be a sebaceous cyst or an infected hair follicle which are common in that area, especially in the summertime.  If it does not resolve or continues to bother you, see a Provider.  Often warms soaks, sitting in a warm bath tub and avoiding irritating garments can resolve these.

Pimple (get checked): Such changes can occur in many different parts of the body.  Of course, there are many other possibilities (e.g. inflamed lymph nodes).  Bartholin's gland cysts (although not in the classic location) is yet another possibility.  Sitz baths (soaking the perineum in a shallow pan/bucket of warm water with a touch of epsom salt for about five minutes daily) can sometimes decrease any symptoms.

i had a pap test done on monday today being tuesday i now have a hard lump on the inside of my vagina it is painful to sit. is it from the pap?

Most likely no: Pap smear is an examination of the cervix and does include examination of the vagina and ovaries using a bimanual exam. I doubt that it would cause injury of the vaginal canal. I suggest going back to the doctor who performed it for a quick exam to make sure everything is ok.
