Needs to be seen: There are several things from skin tags, genital warts, sebaceous cysts, etc. Only way to know for sure is see a GYN or at least a family doctor.

Bartholin cyst: Bartholin cyst. They may need drainage and antibiotic. Exam will tell diagnosis and proper treatment.

Talk 2 Ur parents-: -this is most likely a bartholin cyst (so). It needs 2 B evald by a GYN. They happen, not a STD. So don't worry about talking 2 them.
