Cyst or Abscess: It could be a vulvar cyst or Bartholin's abscess which a GYN MD can determine and treat once you are examined.

"lumps"/vag lips: The vaginal lips have mucus secreting areas, and when blocked, can become painful or even infected. There is no "sure" way to prevent this, but warm/hot baths, and regular hygienic measures will assist.  See your gyn provider for an exam and advice.

PROBABLY CYST: Small, usually benign, cysts commonly occur on the labia minora and majora,  See a board-certified gynecologist for reassurance and/or removal.

Maybe: sebaceous cys: The most common cause of a benign, non-sexually transmitted infection - resulting in small white bumps on the labial tissue (that i see) is sebaceous cysts. Which are basically swollen sweat glands in the vaginal tissue.  They usually look white, smooth, and don't hurt, itch or small.  If one squeezes them (which i don't recommend b/c you can infect the skin) - they will express thick, white mater.

Vaginitis: If you are sexually active and had similar symptoms before, it may be herpes.  If it is only on one side, comes and goes and isn't painful, it could be a bartholin's  cyst or sebaceous cyst. You should see a provider to get this checked out if it remains problematic.

Could be: Certainly this could be a cyst , but there are other possibilities as well.  Would be best to get seen and know for sure.  You might require antibiotics or other medication to make it go away more quickly.  See a physician experienced in gynecology whether an OB/ GYN or family physician.  Might try applying moist heat to the draining/bleeding area to encourage continued draining until seen.
