Not a simple answer: It depends on which medications you are on at the moment.  If it is 3 medications for pain control , then it my not be the best course of action. If it is 3 medications for blood pressure, then it may be appropriate depending on the doses of each and which mechanisms of action are being utilized.

Depends: It depends upon how often you have migraine attacks. If the migraine is severe and frequent then you would be better off taking something to prevent these attacks. There are several meds approved for that purpose. Cafergot (ergotamine and caffeine) is useful only if you have infrequent migraine and its long term use is harmful.

my questions: taking six year the medication have same effect. or increase dosage?

Accepted Answer

Depends: This depends upon your current response to the medication. If you're doing well the same maintenance dosage should continue. Tolerance or tachyphylaxis to medication can occur and then the dosage may be increased. Your prescribing physician who knows you well is best qualified to advise you about dosage.

i need an alternative medication for vimovo that my medical aid plan, which is let care plus, covers.

Vimovo: is a combination drug of 500mg of Naprosyn and 20 mg of  esomperazol, Nexium,a PPI to prevent gastric irritation and reduces stomach acid.- The meds are available as generics, so you would have to take 2 separate pills. You could certainly subsitute Prilosex ( omerazole)  or Pepcid ( famotidine) or Zantac ( ranitidine); however, I suggest generics.

Yes: Medications like viagra (sildenafil) cialis, levita, and staxyn can help men with erectile dysfunction.  A man with erectile dysfunction should see his physician for a full evaluation to determine the potential causes as well as to determine the best and safest treatment option.  These medications should not be used until a physician has determined that it is safe and indicated.

Sperm counts: Clomid, (clomiphene) which is used by women to increase ovulation, has been shown to improve sperm counts.  Recently, antioxidants have also been shown to improve fertility rates in men with lower sperm counts.  I recommend having your doctor do a semen analysis to assess your sperm counts if you and your partner are trying to conceive.

25% worsen in the be: I have found that only 25 percent of patients get worse in the beginning, most patients improve every month until the acne is gone.

No: i am not aware of any medication that will improve your eyesight. I'm sorry that I am unfamiliar with Ayurvedic.

Inhaler: A beta 2 agonist via inhalation is usually the treatment. A general physician can provide this care. Cannot refer in Mombasa sorry.

my x-ray says my spine have straighten up i have taken medication but the conditions did not improve i have been asked to sit on chair which i am doing bit all the time i can't because it starts hurting a lot what should i do?
