STD? PID? UTI?: Second question? If so, see my other reply. These symptoms indicate a genital infection like PID (usually gonorrhea or chlanmydia), urinary tract infection, or both. See a doctor. If you have done that without clear answers, ask for a second opinion. This should be easy to figure out, and potentially dangerous if you do not (e.g. infertility, no babies in your future. Don't delay!

Postoperative : Postoperative pelvic adhesions (scarring) may cause the symptoms you are experiencing. You should be evaluated by a ob/gyn specialist. They may want to perform an ultrasound and even a diagnostic laparoscopy if warranted to diagnose the exact problem. Once diagnosed they can offer you treatment.

:  Sometimes spasms occur from other causes like intestines If you have no other symptoms try a heating pad for 15 mts several times a day. OTC ibuprofen and see how you are for a couple of days. If not better see your Gyn. I hope you feel better.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms are suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a gynecologist.

Are you asking about: Pregnancy?  You will need to wait until you miss your next expected period and then, do a home pregnancy test.  I also tell my patients to wait at least 1 additional week simply because they could be running late for some reason.

Sacroiliac joint: 40's female with pelvic and low back pain during sex likely has sacroiliac joint subluxation. Pain generated by this joint can radiate to pelvis and low back. The missionary position during sex places mechanical stress directly on the sacroiliac joints.  See an Osteopath for an evaluation. Seek yoga to strengthen back muscles.

Expecting period?: If spotting occurred exactly when you were supposed to have your period then, either the period is running later than usual or you need to get a pregnancy test done. Have you had spotting before since having the tubes tied? Remember tied tubes does not sterilization make. Only removal of ovaries accomplishes that mission. Now, if you just missed your period I'd wait a few more days. Still may come

Adenomyosis: Pelvic pain and heavy menstrual bleeding go with adenomyosis, pink discharge is non-specific (could be many things) and likely not related.
