Pelvic pain ?'s: Intercourse (vaginal and anal) can cause pelvic infections.  See your gyn physician for an exam and cultures.  Ask about endometriosis also, as this condition (and some others) may produce similar pain symptoms.

Get help for pain: Having symptoms that wake you from sleep is considered by many a significant sign that requires investigation. There is no way to know from your question if the origin of your distress is of gi, gu, gyne, musculo-skeletal origin.  It may just be gas...But it could be something of quite a bit more concern.  Go to the doctor for assessment and treatment please.

Pelvic pain/pressure: Could be variation, could be UTI or vaginitis, rarely a colitiis. . Would follow up today with doc/ urgent care check for UTI, vaginitis, PID,ovarian issue  or rarely colitis

Sacroiliac joint: Late teen female with abdominal and pelvic pain associated with leg pain might have concern for IBS, sacroiliac joint disorder and sciatica.  These symptoms as well as PMD , also called PMS, can arise in women with Joint Hypermobility
Syndrome.  An Osteopath evaluation might be useful.

Cramps: It's too soon to tell whether you're developing a viral intestinal tract infection or reacting to something you ate hours earlier. Eat a soft, bland diet with no roughage. Food poisoning or intestinal viral infection symptoms will gradually improve on their own. You can take kaopectate or Imodium if loose movements become excessive. Avoid dehydration. See your MD as needed.

Unlikely: If you have doubts, you may do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
