Hepatitis B: The presence of He B surface antigen may indicate acute or chronic Hep B infection.  You need to have a more complete panel, with Hep B core antibody and Hep B surface antibody checked.  In chronic infection you would have positive surface antigen and core antibody, but no surface antibody.  You would then need further evaluation, with Hep B viral load, e antigen and antibody, and liver enzymes.

How low?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have been useful to have the actual values of your results. If MCH is the only abnormal finding, I would not worry at all, especially if your hemoglobin level is normal.

Declining immunity: If you have been immunized with the hep B vaccine, then this means that your immunity is declining and you may need a booster.  If you were infected with hep B virus at one time, then your immune response is declining as well although it may not be necessary for you to get  the vaccine after a natural infection.

Leukopenia?: I'm not entirely sure what you're asking.  My best guess is that you're asking about leukocytes.  If you're leukocytes are low, the cells in your bloodstream which fight infection are decreasing in number. This is called leukopenia.  This can because by a lot of things, and requires follow up with your doctor who ordered the test. Some things that cause leukopenia include medications, infections, autoimmune disorder,or bone marrow problems.

Anion gap: The anion gap is the difference between the positive ions (sodium, potassium) and negatively charged (Bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) chloride).  There are a number of other negatively charged ions that care not measured routinely (proteins).  A low anion gap can occur if the serum albumin is low or if there is a time lag between the time that blood was drawn and time that the test was done. A high AG means acidosis.

See below...: Chemotherapy effects the bone marrow which produces blood cells.  It kills the lymphoma cells, but also affects other cells which are rapidly dividing.  The bone marrow has rapidly dividing cells that provide the body with the cells necessary in your blood.  The chemotherapy suppresses the cell division in the marrow, and the blood count will drop.
