Can occur: The standard risk after surgery is about 1 person in 400 gets chronic recurrent diarrhea after gallbladder surgery. It may be more common in those whose gallbladder was functioning well before surgery. Fatty foods likely will make symptoms worse, and sometimes use of medication like Cholestyramine can help.  Symptoms usually improve over time too.

Yes: Try putting an additional layer of clothes.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Find out why : There are many things that cause discomfort   but more info is needed. When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Need a bit more.

Yes after diagnosis: This is a sign of an imbalance in your body and the cause needs to be determined to stop it. Possible causes include intestinal parasites, bacterial infections, food sensitivities (esp. gluten and dairy), poor digestion, hyperthyroidism, IBS, Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. See a good Dr. (ideally one who practices integrative or functional medicine) for further diagnosis and treatment.

Internal hemmorhoids: asymptomatic bleeding usually attributed to internal hemmorhoids.  Proctoscopy should be performed to define site of problem and resolve it so that no  further bleeding should be noted.

Stomach: Upset stomach can be for multiple reasons.  Stomach problems associated with loose stools sounds like some type of gastroenteritis.  Food poisoning would be a possibility. However, other GI infections or perhaps some other issue possible. After a week a consult would be warranted. Irritable bowel?: These symptoms are typical for irritable bowel syndrome. It is uncomfortable but usually not harmful. Symptoms can be controlled with treatment and diet. See your doctor and take it from there.
