Means nothing : All that matters is the absolute counts for each cell type. If these are near the reference range, do not give this the least attention. These numbers fluctuate wildly even hour by hour

Nothing: Labs mean nothing whatever in the absence of a clinical history and physical exam. Especially, relative percentages of lymphocytes and granulocytes is junk data that, frankly, i wish the labs wouldn't even report. The absolute counts of both lymps and monocytes fluctuate wildly hour by hour, and i'd draw no conclusion. I hope some other finding will reveal the true cause of your chronic fatigue.

lym% 16.8, lym abs 0.9 and co2 is 34 at yearly blood test. dr didn't bring it up. what do those levels mean? should i be concerned?

A little low: The carbon dioxide means nothing but your absolute lymphocyte count might be of interest if you have any other signs of illness. It's a number that fluctuates wildly from day to day. If you feel well, ignore it. I trust you are HIV negative or plan to get screened sometime.

See below: I suspect what you are referring to are lymphocyte and granulocyte counts. Visit this site for information in normal ranges. Infants may have slightly higher lymphocyte counts. Discuss the results with your doctor to see any additional investigation is needed.

my blood test result says i have lymphocytosis and my lym percentage increases every year since 2012  and now im at 51.6 should i be worried?

Numbers are just...: Numbers are just numbers. Without the whole picture, such as why was labwork done, numbers usually cannot tell much. The result values in this question may be fine for a normal person with no symptoms, but one should still ask his ordering doctor if the result is ok in the setting of his whole picture. The patient's ordering doctor knows why the test was ordered, and which results would be ok.

As below: lymphocytosis simply means higher Lymphocyte [LYM] count.

On the other hand granulocytopenia means lower Neutrophil [GRA]count.

We have white blood cells [WBC] in our blood which are supposed to protect us from infections. It is very important that number and rations are maintained properly by our bone marrow where these blood cells are produced.

Maybe,maybe not: Any stress might produce a mild stress pattern on a blood count giving a slight rise in total wbc's but these would be mature forms & in normal percentage. Teething is often a label used when no specific reason for when fussiness or fever is found on exam & I have doubts that  it is a real process. (just one that the lay public will easily accept).

i got vaccinated for the flu last week. this week l did a blood test and my lym cells are 50.4(normal 20-45). is it possible this happens because of the vaccine? when should i repeat the exam to see if it gets normal again?

: The lymphocyte count may or not be due to the vaccination. The question is why was the blood count done to begin with, could that be the cause of the count being abnormal? if there is a need for repetition the person that ordered the first test should know when and if there is need to repeat the test especially if other abnormalities. It does not need to be repeated if just because of the vaccine

No need for concern: from lab results.  All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your laboratory results are not a cause for concern. However these lab tests do not address the cause of pain. You need to discuss that with your doctor.

Probably anemia: When hemoglobin and hematocrit are also low, thisis called anemia, and is treated easily by takinf ferrous sulphate 5 gr. Daily for few months.
