what are the symptoms of toxoplasmosis in a blood sample? i have erythrocytopenya , back pains, sore throat also low leukocytes.  but not much

Toxoplasmosis: Usually involves the lung, but can cause retina  (back of eye) and brain issues.  If you have low rbc and WBC counts i would have some concern about underlying illness that put you at risk for the toxo.  Cannot connect the back issue.

Blood Tests: A viral culture might be drawn to identify a virus in your blood, but many viruses hide within cells, such as the HIV virus.  Bacteria are usually more easily identified, but only if the bacteria is actually in the blood.  Better identifying factors might be your eosinophils, neutrophils, and your total WBC blood count,  but these only show that your body if fighting a problem. See your doctor!

zithromax & shot rocephin-sinus infect/sore throat 3 days before blood work checkup showed low rbc 4.15, wbc 2.5 hct 37.9, & high mono%14.3.  why?

Needs to be rechecke: This is strange, yet it can be  a lab error. I would advise close follow up with a recheck x 1-2 till WBC count is at least 4, 000.

>1 wk seek help: If this persists for more than one week unchanged, a visit to your primary care physician is indicated, as we want to be sure there isn't a tumor.  We all go through several days of this when we recover from some of the nastier colds.

Yes: yes. Donating blood can make you feel weak though, so if you have some fatigue with your sore throat, I would suggest waiting till you have some more energy.

See an ENT doctor: With blood in your saliva and a sore throat that has been going on for a year, i would seek the attention of an ENT doctor very soon.  At your age (60s), there are a lot of things that need to be evaluated.  Is your voice hoarse or has it changed?  Do you have neck masses or ear pain?  Alcohol or tobacco history?  The ENT doctor should be able to do a small scope, even in the office to look.

If it's blood tinged: mucous or a small amount it is often not serious. Severe sore throat with swollen tonsils &amp; lymph nodes may required strep culture or rapid test. Coughing up frank blood may be quite serious.
