my iron is low enough i have to take extra 2x  daily, what is the cause? (no periods due to mirena)

Many possibilities: There are many different things that could cause your iron to be low. The most common is bleeding. You said you have no periods due to mirena, (levonorgestrel) but have you been checked for things like stomach/intestinal bleeding, ulcers, etc.?  If not, that would be my next suggestion.  If you haven't seen a doctor yet, you absolutely should asap, especially if you're taking the iron without a physician's advice.

Anemia: Possible. Wondering if correcting your anemia would help regulate your periods. Very possible if that is the cause.

i am 52, no periods for 6 mos, iron at 37 l, % saturation 8 l, ferritin8 l, mch 25.5 l, mchc 31.4 l, rdw 17.7. i am worried about cancer. should i be?

Not yet: However iron deficiency in a non-vegan person at your age is of concern and needs to be worked out.  Since gastrointestinal cancer can cause blood loss, one needs to rule out its presence as well.   Advise you to contact a GI specialist soon.

Menopause: Chemotherapy can cause ovarian failure leading to menopause. You may need higher doses of estradiol and progesterone.

: I do not know what "ladys normal" means. For low K ask about primary aldosteronism. Especially if your BP is high.

been on cerelle for over a year, with no periods, just breakthrough bleeding. due to the no periods, am i ovulating and is my chance of pregnancy low?

Correct : Cerelle is effective in inhibiting sperm transport but unlike other progesterone only pills, can also inhibit ovulation. Therefore it is highly effective in preventing pregnancy. It is likely that you are not ovulating.

Probably normal: It sounds like you are starting to get back into a normal hormonal cycle, and breast tenderness occurs during these cyclic changes. Premenstrual symptoms that are severe can be treated. If they don't get better, please check with your doctor.

how long does it take to recover from functional hypothalamic amenorrhea? had it from 2016-2019 (no periods, very low estrogen, osteopenia) from illness/low weight. periods now returned but hormonal imbalances, bleeding between, irregular,anovulation?

: Assuming your health is now good and your weight is now normal, you can reasonably expect more regular and predictable cycles eventually, but it is unpredictable when that will occur. It is also possible that you may never become very regular. If you would like to conceive you may need to seek assistance from a fertility specialist and otherwise irregular bleeding can be managed medically.

on bc pills for 4 years, no periods due to endometreosis. been having red and brown discharge/spotting 3 months. some sharp pelvic and low back pain?

Old blood: mixed with vaginal and cervical secretions. You will need a GYN exam, female and thyroid studies and a PAP exam.
