Sexually active?: If yes - take a pregnancy test. Reasons for missed / late period include: an anovulatory cycle in which no egg is released, marked v or ^ in weight; eating disorder; Over-exercising (endurance athletics), stress, travel, significant illnesses, oral contraceptives &amp; other meds, Illegal drug use, breast feeding, hormone imbalances and medical problems (i.e., PCOS). Pregnancy is #1 reason.

Yes: Cervical prolapse and vaginal relaxation is common in women in their 40's and older especially after having some children, however that should not effect your ability to conceive.  It is much harder and more risky to conceive  over 40.

See a REI specialist: A 'low cervix' does not prevent pregnancy. The most common reasons are: low egg supply (diminished ovarian reserve), problems with ovulation including polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos), hormonal problems like thyroid or prolactin issues, damaged or blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, fibroids or polyps inside the uterus, and sperm problems. Low cervix/period?: A &quot;low cervix&quot; is usually a sign of a descent of the uterus itself AKA prolapse and not a period.

You should be ok: Preterm Labor and/or weak cervix are very complex conditions. You already do have the best evidence based preventative tool in use: a cerclage. PERSISTENT high emotional stress is not good for your overall health, but a one time high stress event should not adversely affect your pregnancy. If you have leakage of fluid or persistant vaginal bloody discharge, seek MD eval. Otherwise you should be ok

Maybe: Progressive labor(induced or otherwise) is the "gold standare test" to see vaginal or cesarean delivery is "money".

No: Your cycles can vary from month to month. Given your history of last sexual incident and negative pregnancy test, you are very unlikely to be pregnant. Relax and do some  other activity to take your mind off this.

i had 3 embryos transferred 8 days ago today . 
my cervix is so low and i dont have any symptoms except a few cramps here and there .
is a low cervix normal after ivf treatment and waiting for results ?

: The uterus and cervix do not normally change position after an embryo transfer. I believe your symptom comes from another cause. The symptom you describe should not influence the outcome of the embryo transfer. Good luck
