Low.: Probably lower than you think.  Look up Framingham Risk Calculator on line and fill in your data.  I guess your 10 yr risk of heart disease is  7.5%.

Poor perfusion: A certain blood pressure is needed to make sure our vital organs, ie brain, heart, kidneys get enough oxygen.  If your blood pressure is dangerously low, you can develop heart attacks, lose consciousness or get kidney failure.  Low blood pressure is only dangerous if you are feeling light headed.  Most people who have so called "low blood pressure" but no symptoms do not need to worry.

Congratulations: In the absence of symptoms (dizziness, faintness, etc.), naturally occurring low blood pressure is not a clinical problem.  Indeed, low pressure is a marker of longevity in my practice.  The problem is if there's another not-natural cause for low bp, e.g., illness, medication side effect or drug interaction, occult blood loss.  Then looking for root cause and remedying that is the answer!

Possibly: If the blood pressure is so low that you're dizzy, have passed out, or feel like you're going to pass out (brief dizziness on arising too quickly doesn't count), you shouldn't be driving. On the other hand, if you're just going by the number and feel fine, driving is no problem. Many healthy people run a normal blood pressure of 80 systolic. They tend to be young and are often women.

If lightheaded with position change, one may be at risk for a fall leading to bleeding..
If low BP is due to low pulse rate, then may need lab analysis or ECG to ensure not in an abnormal heart rhythm.

No: This is a complex question. For most younger and mid-aged people a lower blood pressure is not associated with increased risk. For older patients too low a blood pressure is associated with worse long-term survival. It is also an issue if low blood pressure is due to poor cardiac function or other medical conditions. The relationship varies depending on the reason for the low blood pressure.
