Several posibilities: This means either that you have an infection and the bone marrow cannot keep up with the neutrophils being consumed and rather than giving up it produces and releases immature cells into the circulation, or that you have a malignancy like leukemia, or something else is turning on your bone marrow.  See a doctor asap.

Worst leukemia: Bandemia means large number of immature leukocytes in the blood. Worst answer is leukemia, best answer a simple (tough likely severe) infection.

It can affect vision: It can cause vision loss by affecting the optic nerve. Usually people get enough B12 by diet, but can have deficiencies after gastric surgery. If you feel you have a related eye problem, see your eye doctor. They can check your color vision and peripheral vision to help with the diagnosis. It's rare, but reversible!

Need more info: What symptoms do you have? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided suggests an abnormal response to an infection, It is imperative that you see your doctor or go to the emergency room of a hospital.

What is flc: Hard to answer the low beta may be related but we need to know you underlying immunoglobulin levels. This may not related to your health issues

Different tests: This is suspicious for Lyme. Western Blot tests are notoriously unreliable; if you do it use IgeneX lab as it's much more accurate. But many with Lyme will have negative Western Blots and there are other tests like the Lyme Spot test. Also, most with Lyme have co-infections like Babesia,Bartonella,Mycoplasma and retroviruses and treating all is crucial.

No: These numbers are not far from normal and may reflect a recent viral infection like common cold. If concerned, repeat in 6 months
