Low brain blood flow: With less blood pressure, the blood flow to your brain is decreased. In most people, concentration decreases and lightheadedness will occur... Sometimes leading to loss of consciousness.
 It is conceivable that your altered mental status could cause these symptoms.

If not already done, you will need to have the cause of symptomatic low blood pressure evaluated and treated.

Heart attack : Blood pressure is often decreased after mi. We generally don't recommend air travel after an mi for at least 6weeks but this depends on the patients situation. Talk to the doc.

: No they are not. If you are otherwise healthy the BP is OK. Fatty liver at your age is extremely rare-get a second opinion. If you continue to have nightmares and sleeping problems seek out a sleep clinic to rule out conditions like sleep apnea.

i got two eye pressure readings one low reading from an air puff test and a high reading from a hand held tonometer. why is this so and which reading shows my correct pressure?

: Hand held tonometers sometimes will get a reading a little higher  than normal.  The air puff device gets a little random as it depends upon patient cooperation and operator skills.  If your readings are in the normal range, even though different, then you should be fine.

It depends: Normal blood pressure is dependent on own's normal. If you don't have any dizziness or any symptoms limiting your daily activities, then this BP may be normal for you.

Immediately: If you are symptomatic from low blood pressure you should seek immediate medical attention.

This is weird: "Low blood pressure" in someone who's out walking around in the ordinary world isn't a bona fide illness. This may be a case of a common truism -- seeing too many physicians. You can't make his health care decisions for him, but you can develop your own discernment for charlatanism.

See you doctor: This may be something as minor as a bladder infection. However, anyone who urinates that often at night should be checked for diabetes. If those are normal, see your gyn. You might have a prolapsed bladder or vesicocele.

i have been on losartan50mg since 6/18 this year.  i am noticing pressure going as low as 100over 50s and60s and sometimes 90s over high 50 is this ok?

Low bp: These BP values are too low. Call your prescriber to discuss a dose reduction.  Losartan is excellent. 50 or 25 mg may be sufficient. Be careful that you do not faint or fall.
