Dry skin no longer: functions as a good barrier. Thus substances can reach through to deeper layers or tissue which can cause pain.

Vaginal Burning: it sounds like you having tried eliminating most things that can cause burning with intercourse, even using lubricants.  It is possible that you have burning from friction but that would be unusual especially if you even use lubricant.  Some women have an allergic reaction to semen.  You could try intercourse with a condom so there is no contact with seen and see if that is the cause.

Ease up!: You are probably pressing too hard as you pull the razor across your face, and you're removing a layer of skin cells along with your beard. Ease up. The other possibility is that you are having either an allergic or a direct irritant reaction to some component of the lotion; try a different one.

Dry Dick Syndrome: Do you have calluses on your palms...?Or, have you been shaving down there or using different soaps or other stuff?Most lotions have some kind of acid in them (lactic, glycolic, etc)so might burn if the skin is chafed or cut. Also what have you been putting your"dick"into? Saliva can irritate sensitive skin.Other tight spots might irritate it.Anyways,give it a rest and just use a neutral cream

Try eczema dry skin: Try eczema, dry skin lotions. Cat brand names can be Aveeno but big box stores have their own generic name. Petroleum jelly can actually be driving and ointments like aqua for our better to moisturize because they are hydrophilic. Your dermatologist can also evaluate you, and you may need a medical evaluation to see if there are any systemic medical problems that could be contributing.

Sunscreen ; Sunburn: As your skin is injured with sunburn, its best to test any product on a small spot first to see if your skin will react in any undesirable way.  If there is no reaction, you should be able to apply the product to your skin for sun protection.  But if your sunburn is really bad, best to just stay out of the sun.

Rash: next measure would be to try to figure out what causes this rash and try to eliminate offending agent, which could possibly be some kind of allergic reaction to food or medications or some other underlying systemic condition
