Is contagious : Your partner needs to be tested to clarify wih infection he has , two to onsider are clamidia and neisseria g. A culture is usually recommended , and other blood  and urine test.

Best to get evaluated by a colon and rectal surgeon to determine if permanent damage has occured and if it can be repaired surgically. Many causes: The most common cause with birth control pills is missed pills. Other bc can cause irregularity. Pregnancy is one possibility, and there are many others-- infections, stds, a cervical or uterine polyp, fibroids, and other causes including precancerous or even cancer.  See your doctor to be sure.  If it's vaginal bleeding, it's not likely to be caused by anal sex--which can cause rectal bleeding.

Sperm require a selectively perfect environment to survive &amp; their mobility is very limited. If you decide that sperm somehow got inside you could get pregnant. If not you won't.
