: Interest in sex depends on many things. Worry, availability of suitable supportive partner, general health and many other things. If you are in good health and have an understanding and supportive partner you should be alright. If not please see your MD or Urologist .

history: 55 year male, c5-t1 fusion, mild lumbar scoliosis. recent:  first severe back pain,  loss erection, loss ejaculation. both legs night sweats.

Worry about infectio: You may have cord compression, epidural abscess, discitis or osteomyelitis of your spine. Would recommend going to ER for blood cultures x 3 sets (separate times and separate sites), CBC, cmp, esr, crp and spine imaging and a thorough physical exam by a physician (not midlevel). Make sure they do not give you antibiotics before doing the blood cultures.

Relaxation and: Experience/practice. Stress make things much worse. A compassionate and loving partner is good therapy. Spend more time on foreplay and don't rush the experience. If you continue to have problems check w/your doctor.

See your doctor: If you are having pain in your penis, see your doctor. Make sure you don't have a sexually transmitted disease, contact dermatitis (possible with condoms) or other type of infection.

Premature: Ejaculation is sometimes called ill-timed ejaculation.  It is a subjective evaluation.  You may orgasm too quickly and not satisfy your partner.  If you have concerns you can see your doc or a licensed sex therapist.  It is not an illness.  Peace and good health.

: If you are otherwise healthy then-no. No that is not the cause of your symptoms. You need a supportive and understanding partner. If still a problem then see your MD or a sex threrapist. I think you will be OK

See urology: As erectile dysfunctions are common and an exam and  work up, including blood tests should be done.  Sexual therapists can be helpful in some cases f non-organic ed at your age, and certainly, medications are available if needed.

ED: Erectile Dysfunction, means inability to attain/maintain erection, which is what you have, uncommon when you are just 18, can just  be anxiety, however, your doctor would help you better after more history and physical examination and probably referral to a urologist, good luck

Many possibilites: First step of course is a complete physical and psychological evaluation. This would include determining if you have been on any medications. Once this is all pulled together, your doctor will come up with a treatment plan which may include medication and various types of therapy.
